Charting the Course/Sailing the Ship  
Leaders at different levels of an organization have different roles. Sorting them out can create uncertainty and sometimes, at worst, conflict. Who’s in charge, the board or the executive director? (They both are, but not necessarily of the same things.) This program helps you to clarify different, and important, leadership roles and how to use them to complement one another.  
   
Resource Allocation  
“How to do more with less” is really not the question. Better to ask how to do the most with what you’ve got… this one applies in good times too! This program is about how you can identify the core functions in your major line of work and assure that your resources are supporting them and not the peripheral things.
