Alan has more than 30 years of experience in training, education, government, and theater. He has been a teacher, supervisor, administrator, state agency senior manager, stage and film actor, model, author and entrepreneur.   Alan says, "Stage Right helps our clients develop their most important asset, people, with training that cuts development time and delivers transformative training experiences. He is also a sheep farmer and lives with his wife Mary Lou and two cats, Oberon and Puck, on 84 acres in upstate New York.

Alan is certified by NYS and the Xerox Corporation in Total Quality Management and by Villanova University as a Black Belt in Six Sigma. He is on the Board of the Hudson-Mohawk ASTD and President of the Consulting Alliance, a group of leading independent consultants in New York's Capital Region. Cheryl Stern, Associate

Cheryl Stern is a veteran Broadway, Off Broadway, Film and Television actress and much sought after acting and vocal coach.

Cheryl has been featured in Jackie Mason's "Laughing Room Only," the Broadway revival of "The Women," and starred Off Broadway in "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change," "Game Show," "Buffalonia" and "That's Life." She has toured nationally and appeared on Guiding Light, All My Children, As The World Turns, Sondheim... at Carnegie Hall and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. She recently appeared on Law and Order: Criminal Intent and the film "Lobster Farm" with Danny Aiello and Jane Curtin.

Cheryl also has over 20 years experience as a trainer/facilitator in theater/improv workshops for corporate clients, including Verizon, GE, Schering-Plough and major accounting and financial institutions.
